Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.
- If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to pay the full price of the appointment.
- If you reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place you will be subject to pay 50% of the price of the appointment.
- To avoid a cancellation/rescheduling charge, please provide notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
- Please note also that once you have paid in full for a package with multiple sessions, it is non-refundable.
