1-2-1 Wellness And
Empowerment Coaching

We start with the body and include the wisdoms & principles of holistic health and the teachings of food as medicine, focusing on creating optimal vitality for years to come. We will empower knowledge and wisdom that are our birthright in supporting our body and personal lives naturally. This you will be able to apply in practical and easy ways, such as knowing what kind of food and herbs would go well to treat common ailments that occur in everyday life (pain throughout the body, viral infections and other physical symptoms, anxiety, stress, etc). 

Then we work on the mind, focusing on our mental wellbeing with coaching tools, personal development wisdoms, meditation & mindfulness principles and more. These tools will support you in empowering yourself with awareness, presence and conscious reflection in your everyday life. 

Finally, we arrive at the soul. We come together for a session dedicated to connecting deeply to our divine authentic self and Spiritual Support Team. We will discover the potential support that is around and within us, and learn practical tools to aid us each day in cultivating this connection.  
What will drive the sessions at the core is your reason for seeking this journey, your goals and personal desires for creating a healthier environment for you to flourish. If we started our work together aiming to reduce symptoms of anxiety and stress, then we will build our planning, coaching, tools and techniques based on your personal needs. 


How we're going to work together

After completing your personalised NHH wellness report, you now have a greater understanding of the unique qualities of your body. You understand your personal constitution and body conditions, what it needs to thrive and what may be causing potential imbalance, illness or disease within the system. 

With this greater awareness of self, we will now be working more in-depth through the layers of the body, mind & soul. Our focus is to implement supportive eating patterns, habitual choices and aligned ways of living, allowing you to introduce gradual, manageable changes, targeting your physical, emotional and spiritual health. Change doesn’t happen overnight, in most cases it takes little moments each day of consciously making new choices that will then compound and have a positive effect on your manifested reality.

Our work together is a supportive approach, meeting each week and making manageable steps towards your desired goal. Each week is designed to provide a building block from which we build foundational knowledge and structure for natural wellbeing, with practical tools and wisdoms empowering yourself to make conscious choices that support you personally, into natural balance and alignment. 

You are fully held in this loving container of coaching support, transformation, growth and progress, as you make manageable steps each week to support alignment and balance physically and energetically. Empowering yourself as you cultivate a refined connection with our own body and your sovereignty.

We map manageable steps forward to best support as stepping stones on your path to your most balanced, happy and healthy self. The first coaching session sets the structure of action plans of the health, dietary and lifestyle recommendations from the report in manageable steps for each week.
